An inquest into Kieron Knowlden’s death has been adjourned until Tuesday, June 24.
The 25-year-old’s body was discovered in the River Medway, near Lyons Crescent in Tonbridge, last week after nearly three weeks of searching.
The father-of-one, who lived in Forest Grove, was last seen on Saturday, March 1 at Mojo’s Bar, in Barden Lane.
He left in the early hours and CCTV coverage caught him struggling to stay upright while walking home near the river.
The inquest opened on Friday, March 21 at 8.20am and will continue at Tunbridge Wells Police Station, in Crescent Road, in three months.
A precise time has not yet been set.
Mother Donna Burchell said: “Kieron was a loving son, brother, uncle and dad who will be greatly missed by everyone.”
