Fergus Wilson arrested in Perryfield Street in Maidstone

A landlord has been arrested after an altercation with a council worker.
Fergus Wilson, from Boughton Monchelsea, confirmed he was arrested but claimed to have been released without charge the same day.
He was photographed in Perryfield Street in Maidstone talking to police officers. Witnesses claim he was seen with a council worker before his car was taken away.

He admitted calling a man 'a petty litle Hitler' but said he had not made any racist comments.
He added: "Words were exchanged - he alleged I punched him but there is no corroborative evidence."
Kent Police has been contacted for comment.
