A well-known property tycoon is back at it again with a few words to say to the country's new Prime Minister.

Fergus Wilson who owns a portfolio of homes in Maidstone and Ashford reached out to Boris Johnson, offering him a place to stay after Tory MP Damien Hinds posted a picture on Instagram that suggested there could be a general election.

The millionaire from Boughton Monchelsea published a letter addressing Johnson on Property118.com.

Entitled, Don't worry Boris-Fergus will give you a home, it reassures the PM he will have a place to stay on Park Farm in Ashford if he loses the rumoured election.

It reads: " You need not worry Boris, because if you are evicted from No.10 after the end of October when you have a general election Fergus will give you a home, but only on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy in leafy Ashford on Park Farm."

The letter goes on to take a more serious turn by asking him how he is going to make sure the required number of homes are met per year.

It says: "I do not want to put you on the spot Boris but that is exactly what I intend to do. What are you going to do to ensure the delivery of 400,000 new homes per year? Is it a ten year programme?

"No waffle just Anglo Saxon English in nice simple words so that we all understand. The country requires a very clear understanding of where you see the private sector landlord’s position in providing private sector tenants with housing."
Mr Wilson goes on to list a number of points he believes Mr Johnson should address including restoring tax relief on mortgages to the headline rate, reducing Capital Gains Tax on the all of previously rented houses to 10% and the reintroduction of interest on Buy To Let mortgages.

He writes: "Can the private sector letting industry have a clear commitment from you to support financially, those in need via identification of those most in need?"

Mr Wilson recently made headlines as he appeared in court over a racial abuse charge.

In the final lines of the note Mr Wilson urges the Prime Minister to lead.

He writes: "You have been elected as leader. So lead!

"Can I raise with you, as my Prime Minister, the issue of shelter and the grant aid given by the Goverment? It seems to me that the shelter is terribly left wing and causes more problems than it solves.

There is only one answer and that is to build 400,000 homes per year.

"Save your money on the grant aid for shelter and put it towards building accommodation for the disabled."
