A male strippers' night at a pub ended in chaos after police were called following a row in which a woman and a staff member were allegedly assaulted.
Officers were called to the incident at The Bull Inn, in East Farleigh, on Saturday, August 28.
Witnesses claimed an argument broke out between a man and a woman which led to an altercation.
One customer, who was at the event and doesn't want to be named, claimed the woman was grabbed by her clothes and punched.
She said: "Others tried to get him off, myself included, but we were pushed to the floor.
"Police showed up thankfully, but you can't be doing that. It is vile behaviour."
The Bull Inn said a member of staff was also assaulted in the melee.
In a statement, the Lower Road pub said: "There was an incident at the pub during which a member of our staff was physically assaulted.
"The police were called and this is being dealt with by them, so we have no further comment."
