A man has suffered minor injuries in a crash that caused delays on the M20 this morning.

Emergency services were called to junction 7, for the A249 Detling Hill, at 7.35am to reports of a crash between a van and a Mercedes car.

The third lane was closed while Kent Police and South East Coast Ambulance Service crews attended.

The scene was cleared by 8.20am and the man was taken to hospital as a precaution.
