Maidstone: Grant Cordier to appear at Maidstone Magistrates' Court charged with causing the death of Osvaldas 'Ozzy' Rimša

A man is due to appear in court over the death of motorcyclist Osvaldas Rimša.
The popular Maidstone man, known as Ozzy, was less than a mile from his home when he was killed on London Road in January.
Six months on Grant Cordier will appear at Maidstone Magistrates' Court on Tuesday accused of causing his death by careless driving.
The 52-year-old, of Chegworth Road, Harrietsham, has received a postal charge.
The death of the 27-year-old, of Florence Road, prompted an outpouring of grief from the town's tightknit biker community.
More than 100 bikers turned out to remember the Lithuanian at the Reca Community Biker Cafe, St Peter's Street, and walked to the scene of the tragedy near Formula One Autocentre, laying flowers along the route.
They also raised £3,600 for his repatriation.
