Christopher Belfrey, of Meades Close in Marden, pleaded guilty to stealing headphones worth £4 from Poundland in Tonbridge High Street

A teenager from Marden has admitted stealing four pairs of headphones from a pound shop.

Christopher Belfrey, of Meades Close, pleaded guilty to stealing the equipment, worth £4 from Tonbridge High Street’s Poundland on Thursday, January 23.

The 18-year-old appeared at Sevenoaks Magistrates Court on Friday, March 7 and was given a conditional discharge.

If he commits a further offence in the next year he will also be punished for this offence.

He was also told to pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
