With just 73 days to go until Christmas it is time to start thinking about festive activities.
Kent Life Heritage Farm Park in Lock Lane, Sandling, has introduced a special experience for children with additional needs such as autism and other sensory difficulties.
Designed to give families the opportunity to meet Father Christmas in a calmer environment, there will be quieter music, low lighting and smaller group sizes to help reduce sensory overload for your little ones.
Kent Life manager Natalie Cox said: "We all get caught up in the hubbub of the festive season and don't always appreciate how much of a challenge it can be for children with additional needs.
"At Kent Life, we see what a wonderful effect our farm animals have on certain children and wanted to create a similar sense of well-being at our popular Christmas Experience."
The event will be held on Thursday, December 19 can only be booked by calling Kent Life on 01622 763936 between 9am and 5pm.
