Maidstone: Men charged after assault in Upper Stone Street

Police have charged three men over an attack that left a victim with a broken jaw in Maidstone.

The attack happened on Tuesday, September 6 in Upper Stone Street.

Officers have since arrested and charged three men with assault.

They are: David Ademiju, 26 and of Brewer Street in Maidstone, Samuel Grief, 23 and of Lucerne Street in Maidstone and Joseph Jabatie, 28 and of Thackeray Road in Larkfield.

Jabatie has also been charged with two counts of assaulting a police officer in the execution of their duty.

All three have been remanded in custody to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Friday September 9.
