Larkield man banned after being 10 times drug drive limit:
A Larkfield man was more than 10 times the drug limit when he got behind the wheel of his Skoda in Aylesford.
Jesse Lee, 33, admitted drug driving after giving a blood test of 503 micrograms of benzoylecgonine per litre of blood when stopped in Coldharbour Lane, Aylesford, in May. The legal limit is 50 micrograms.
Lee, of Ingram Close, was banned from driving for 28 months and given a 12-week curfew to remain at an address in Kingfisher Road, Larkefield, between 9pm and 7am daily. The curfew runs until 28 November 2016. He must also pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.
Tunbridge Wells man sentenced for threatening benefits office worker:
A man has been handed a suspended prison sentence after phoning a council's benefits office and threatening a woman.
Kevin Schwarz, of Stewart Road, Tunbridge Wells, initially denied using a course of conduct against a woman that caused her to fear violence but changed his plea on the day of his trial.
The court heard the 42-year-old phoned Sevenoaks District Council's office three times in half an hour in October and threatened the same staff member.
Magistrates sentenced Schwarz to 18 weeks in prison, suspended for 18 months, and ordered him to carry out 180 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay £500 compensation and £100 costs.
Gillingham man jailed for a year for drugs offences:
A man has been jailed for a year after admitting being concerned with the supply of class A drugs in Maidstone.
Shane Myles, of Richmond Road, Gillingham, was arrested in November 2014 in relation to the dealing of cocaine and heroin.
The 26-year-old must also pay £80.
Westerham man sentenced after pub row:
A Westerham man caused £735 of damage to a vehicle during a row at a pub.
Phillip Jarvis, of Delagarde Road, admitted criminal damage and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a man at The Kings Arms in the village's High Street in May.
Magistrates sentenced the 40-year-old to 90 days in prison, suspended for 12 months. He must also pay £200 compensation and £85 costs.
Maidstone woman sentenced for assaulting PC:
Maidstone woman Alina Korosteliova has been sentenced for assaulting a police officer.
The 33-year-old, formerly of Quarry Road, admitted attacking the PC in Bishops Way on July 11 and being drunk and disorderly in the same location a day later.
She was handed a 90-day prison term, suspended for 18 months, and must pay a £115 victim surcharge.
200 hours unpaid work for Maidstone woman who attacked PC:
A Maidstone woman who attacked an officer at the town's police station will have to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work.
Cecilia Sibiya, 37, of London Road, admitted carrying out the assault in May.
She must also pay £200 compensation and was given an eight week curfew to remain at home between 9.30pm and 5am daily. The curfew runs until 3 November 2016.
Three-year ban for Snodland drink driver:
A Snodland man who failed a breath test won't be driving fro three years.
Patrick Lindenbauer, of Birling Road, admitted drink driving after being stopped in the town's Malling Road last month.
The 24-year-old gave a reading of 48 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35 micrograms.
He must also pay a £225.
