Police are hunting two suspects who fled from a car after a police chase.

The force helicopter was called after a vehicle failed to stop in Chart Sutton at around 11.40am today.

Officers pursued the vehicle along Chart Hill Road before it went off-road in an area near Amber Road.

The vehicle came to a stop and three people fled the scene. One woman has been arrested and two men are on the run.

The woman remains in custody. Police are investigating why the car failed to stop.
