People are being urged to dial 999 if they see a man wanted for recall to prison.

Dominic Hedges has links to Maidstone, Ramsgate, Queenborough and Greenhithe.

Police issued Hedges’ photo this morning as part of an appeal to find him.

Anyone who knows where he is is asked to call 999, quoting reference 46/131990/23.
