Police have been called to a crash at a crossroads.

Three vehicles are thought to have been involved in the collision on the A229 Linton crossroads near Maidstone.

An eyewitness told KentOnline it seems two Audis, one white and one red, and a black Mercedes collided.

“Police have been directing traffic as the crash was bang in the centre of the junction,” they said.

Traffic reporting software, Inrix, is showing there is heavy traffic in the area.

The emergency services have been contacted for comment.
