A 56-year-old woman last seen in Shepway, Maidstone has been found

A missing woman who sparked a police search after concerns for her welfare has been found.

Police launched a search including the police helicopter for 56-year-old Violet Parker, last seen in Maidstone, yesterday evening.

Police say the missing woman has now been found

She had been last seen in the Northumberland Avenue area of Maidstone.

Police said today she had been found safe and well.
