Two men have been arrested in Maidstone on suspicion of possessing cannabis with intent to supply.
Both men, aged 27 and 38, were arrested on Tuesday after officers from the Maidstone neighbourhood policing team executed a warrant a house on Mangravet Avenue.
Inside officers found wraps of cannabis, drug paraphernalia and cash, which were all seized.
Both men were released on bail after being interviewed by detectives.
A further investigation is underway and both men must return to the police on Wednesday July 31.
Sergeant Andy Miller, who leaded the operation, said: “This was a really positive result. We seized cannabis, which will stop it being sold on the streets of Kent, and we arrested two people.
“We have got plenty more operations like this planned to restrict the sale of drugs across Maidstone and further afield.
“If anyone suspects drugs offences to be taking place I would encourage them to contact us so we can investigate.”
