A 59-year-old man has died in hospital following an accident involving a forklift truck.

Alan Wratten, of Sutton Road, Maidstone, was involved in an incident at a warehouse in Lenham, near Maidstone, on Thursday, December 7, at about 11.55am. He was taken to Maidstone Hospital but died later.

The Health and Safety Executive is investigating the circumstances of the incident. An inquest has been opened and adjourned.
