When officers arrived, Felton was seen trying to get people to fight him and was spotted falling over and stumbling around and throwing punches at passers-by.

He also went near vehicles shouting at the people inside, calling them s***s and a bunch of c***s and also told them to f*** off.

Felton, of Egerton Road, Maidstone, was arrested and later charged with threatening behaviour. He admitted the offence when he appeared before magistrates in Maidstone on Tuesday, January 3.

The court heard the incident took place on December 1, last year.

Debbie Jones, prosecuting, said: "He has a previous similar conviction committed in 2019 and was on a community order."

The court also heard Felton didn't agree with the facts which were stated by the prosecution, but did agree he was responsible for the incident.
