A motorcyclist was taken to hospital as a priority after a crash in Leeds this morning.

The female, in her 20s, fractured her lower leg after colliding with a car in Burberry Lane at 8.44am.

Two ambulances, a response car and police were called to the scene, with traffic grounding to a halt and motorists having to turn around.

The woman was taken to Tunbridge Wells hospital.
