The family of a Maidstone motorcyclist who died after a crash on the M25 have paid tribute to a loving husband and father.

Paul Garner, 53, was killed in the collision with a lorry on Friday, September 18.

His family said: “Paul was a loving husband, father-of-two and life-long car and motorcycle enthusiast.

“He was a keen reader, excellent in the kitchen and with a wicked sense of humour. Paul lived and worked in the Kent area all of his life.”

Stana Caltun, 35 from Romania has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates Court on Saturday.

She has been remanded in custody to appear at Chelmsford Crown court on November 23.
