Two women arrested after clothing stolen from Asda Living in Maidstone

Police pursued a car through Maidstone yesterday evening after a large quantity of clothing was stolen from a shop in the town.
Police officers arrived at Asda Living in St Peter’s Street at 5.32pm.
Two women were seen leaving the scene in a blue BMW which was later stopped by police in Armstrong Road, Maidstone.
A 27 and 22-year-old were arrested and handed a caution after admitting the offence.
The stolen goods were recovered from a caravan parked outside the store and returned to the store owners.
