Two young teenagers are being hunted after an arson attack on Blue Bell Hill Cricket Club.
Kent Police want to speak to the youngsters - aged 13 or 14 - over the fire on Monday afternoon.
A shed at the club, in Common Road, Blue Bell Hill, was set alight at between 3.40pm and 4pm.
The roof and the back of the outbuilding were badly damaged by the blaze – along with items inside including two barbecues, fertiliser and garden furniture.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service crews were called by a man who spotted the shed alight.
The witness said he had shortly before seen two youths crossing the cricket pitch and then running away from the shed.
He described them both as white, aged 13 or 14, wearing dark jackets and said one was carried a black rucksack.
Anyone with information about the fire is asked to phone Kent Police on 101 - quoting crime number YY/3755/13 - or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
