Barming murder probe: Two released pending further inquiries after Woodford Road death

Two men arrested on suspicion of murder after a man's body was found have been released, pending further investigation.

The man was found dead at Eastfield House in Woodford Road, Barming, on Tuesday night.

A woman was also arrested on suspicion of murder, and remains in police custody.

Police remained at the scene yesterday.

The Independent Police Complaints Commission has also been informed after it emerged the victim had been in contact with police before his death.

Police, an ambulance and forensics teams were called to the scene around 10.30pm on Tuesday, and police and forensics remained at the scene yesterday.

Forensics vans were at the scene

A post-mortem on the man's body is due to take place today.
