An innocent bystander was left needing stitches after she was injured in a Maidstone nightclub.

The victim was in Beluga Bar, in Bank Street, when a fight broke out between a group of women at about 2.15am on Sunday.

The 23-year-old, who was not involved in the brawl, was hit in the face by a bottle, which cut her lip and broke two of her teeth.
