LITTLE Isabelle Baker was sleeping peacefully on New Year’s Day, unaware of the drama her arrival had caused in the night.

The 7lb 3oz tot was born at Maidstone Hospital shortly after the New Year arrived, at 12.26am, by emergency caesarean section.

Her family had planned a quiet New Year celebration at home in Old Tovil Road, Maidstone, but within half an hour of Tracey and Nick Baker’s families arriving at their home, they were racing off to the hospital.
