A former specialist at one of the UK’s big four accounting firms has been appointed director at Kent-based company.
Paul Gittins has been promoted at Maidstone-based chartered accountants Dendy Neville from his role as head of tax.
Mr Grittins qualified at a regional firm in Shropshire before moving to the London offices of KPMG where he developed his specialisms in corporate tax, international tax and mergers and acquisitions with a wide range of clients.
He joined Dendy Neville in 2010 after nearly a decade with the KPMG.
Existing director David Hill said: “Paul deals mainly with our larger corporate clients and groups, and his previous big four experience and expertise is proving extremely valuable in a number of areas, particularly on business acquisitions and sales, restructuring and advisory projects, tax planning, resolving HMRC enquiries and international tax matters.
“Paul’s work ethic and attention to detail has made him a great addition to the team”.
