Traffic officers have rescued a bird of prey from the side of a motorway.
Highways England said two of its workers rescued a buzzard from the side of the M20 near Maidstone today.
Thankfully, it showed no signs of injury.
A Highways England spokesman tweeted a photo of the bird and said: "The hawk has now been left in the care of Newnham Court Pet Centre which advises that the bird has no signs of injury.
"Many thanks to Hawk Conservancy Trust for their advice."
