Maidstone: Traffic chaos after car transporter blocks Upper Stone Street

A blocked lane on Maidstone's one way system is causing travel chaos this afternoon.

A car transporter which is blocking one lane of Upper Stone Street is causing long tailbacks to St Peter's Bridge.

It is not known whether the vehicle has broken down or has stopped at the regular choke spot.
