A 13-year-old boy as been arrested in connection to a recent attack on horses in a field off Cripple Street at Maidstone.

The youth, who lives in the Maidstone area, has since been released on bail, pending further enquiries into the incident.

The horses had their manes and tails cut during the incident which happened on October 7.
