Two vacant restaurant units have been put on the market inside a town's cinema complex.
The former Burger King and Frankie & Benny's sites at Lockmeadow entertainment centre in Maidstone are both on the menu for prospective buyers.
Both can be found on the ground floor of the Barker Road complex, next to Feathers restaurant and near the LoveFood food hall.
Frankie & Benny's announced last year it would be closing in December, while the fast-food burger chain shut five years ago.
Now, the Italian restaurant's 3,960 sq ft space has been put on the market and could be turned into a restaurant, bar, café, soft play.
A brochure from Harrisons Chartered Surveyors also explained it could be turned into "competitive socialising", which could range from darts, snooker and pool to shuffle boarding.
A spokesman for the Italian eatery chain told KentOnline its lease for the restaurant space ends at the beginning of June.
While Maidstone council said an "exciting new tenant" was being lined up for the Burger King location and viewings were taking place for Frankie & Benny's.
The site, which has been around since before the LoveFood development, is still being marketed as available for £30,000 per year.
New tenants would be joining the Odeon cinema, Hollywood Bowl, Gravity Trampoline park, Feathers Flaming Grill and other sites at the complex's new £467,000 food hall site.
In recent months Lockmeadow has had a number of changes, including saying farewell to the Kent Drinks Company, which was replaced by We Are Chicken, and the news David Lloyd gym would be closing later this year.
Madras Street Food, which is run by chef Arul Kumar, will also be opening at the complex.
He started his own business and takeaway while cooking from his kitchen during lockdown.
"It will be the first restaurant to offer the traditional Indian breakfast called Idly Dosa, which in my opinion is the best breakfast in the world," Arul explained.
“The dish is made from a steamed rice cake and lentils – it was very popular during lockdown – and I built up a loyal customer base. I hope that they will follow me to Lockmeadow.
"I would love to treat visitors with our delicious dishes that I believe won’t be available in any Indian outlets in the town centre.”
