Police urgently want to trace a man who may pose a threat to young children and who it is believed may be in Kent.
The last confirmed location for Mohammed Shahid Ali, 38, was in Tilbury in Essex.
Ali should not be approached as he may pose a risk to the public.
Ali has receding hair which is grey, curly and messy on the sides, and he has a thick beard.
He typically wears a woolly hat, navy blue jogging bottoms, black jacket and red and white trainers.
He is known for committing offences on the railway and tube network.
He had been living in the Newham.
He is wanted for recall to prison having failed to comply with the conditions of his release.
He has links to Kent, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk and is also known to frequent the City of London and Victoria Park, Tower Hamlets.
Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Ali should call police on 999 immediately.
