More than 650 cannabis plants have been found in a Maidstone home.
Police discovered the haul, thought to have a street value of around £32,000, yesterday morning in Postley Road.
The raid was organised in response to information from concerned local residents about suspicious activity at the property.
Acting Inspector Ian Jones of the Urban Neighbourhood Team said: "This cannabis find is a great example of the community coming together to fight crime on their doorstep. We don’t want drugs in Maidstone and this action proves we are committed to tackling illegal drug supply wherever it occurs."
Anyone with further information about illegal drugs supply is asked to contact the Urban Neighbourhood Team at Maidstone on 01622 604391 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
