Accident causing delays as Northumberland Road in Shepway blocked at junction with Willington Street

Traffic is building on Northumberland Road in Shepway after an accident at the junction with Willington Street.

The road is partially blocked and emergency services are at the scene.

The car reportedly left the road in the collision.
