A car smashed into a phone box after it collided with another vehicle.

A Volvo ploughed into a BT pay phone at the junction of Church Green and Chantry Road, Marden, at about 11.30am yesterday.

The phone box was completely destroyed.

The Volvo had crashed with a silver Nissan.

Kent Police, South East Coast Ambulance, Kent Air Ambulance and Kent Fire and Rescue all attended.

No one was injured in the crash.
