A car flipped over onto its side on a slip road of the M20 near Maidstone .

The silver vehicle ended up with a dented bonnet, crushed roof and a smashed windscreen at the height of this evening's rush-hour at about 5pm.

A person was seen examining the wreckage at the back of the car which had its boot open.

The crash happened at junction 8 where the motorway meets the A20.
