Would-be heartbreakers are set to be ousted by an investigator keen to hook a catfish before a first date.
In a world dominated by online dating, people are just one swipe away from meeting their perfect partner.
But Andy Bartram, from Maidstone, has launched his own investigation agency to catch out the fakes before they mess with Kent's singletons.

The 46-year-old set up Vet Your Date earlier this month and charges £20 for each pre-date search for your Tinder and Bumble matches.
Andy said: "I have done those kinds of searches as an intelligence analyst and while I was watching Catfish on MTV I thought it could potentially be a good idea to do something similar here.
"Anybody could do it, but in the same way if you need your boiler fixed, you would get a professional in because of safety.
"I have spent a number of years as a criminal intelligence analyst and I have had police training.
"That gives me the power to interrogate web pages to get results back."
Father-of-one Andy is confident he could find out information about a person's date that no ordinary civilian could and he wants to put his skills he learnt with the police to good use.
He is also set to introduce a monthly subscription fee.
Andy said: "Although I set it up as a vetting thing for dating it could also be used for other purposes.
"Online dating is such a massive industry these days.
"I have got lots of friends who use it quite a lot and there are numerous different apps people use.
"It is all swipe right and swipe left."
