CCTV images have been released after a man was attacked with a beer glass at a town centre pub.

The victim was left with head injuries, including cuts and bruises, after the assault at The Brenchley in Maidstone High Street on January 17.

It happened while he was visiting the free house with a friend.

The suspect, who was unknown to the victim, allegedly struck him after an earlier verbal altercation and then left.

CCTV pictures of a man police wish to identify and speak to have now been released.
