Cheerleading cheer for disappointed dancers

Sorry, this video asset has been removed.

Young dancers who spent months rehearsing cheerleading routines
to find that they may never perform them in public have given the
Kent Messenger an exclusive show for our website.

The 24 girls aged from eight to 16 from the Maidstone-based
Sharon Kennard School of Dance, had practised their routines for
six months, in anticipation of a link-up with American football
team the Maidstone Pumas.

A mix-up meant unfortunately the girls won't perform with
the team. But we didn't want their hard work to be for
nothing, so here they are performing one of their routines, just
for you.
