Four people, including a young child, were taken to hospital after two-car crash.

The incident took place at 8.22pm tonight in Seven Mile Lane, Mereworth.

A man in his 50s had been trapped in his car which had hit a tree and was freed by fire crews before being taken to Kings Hospital in London alongside the child.

A woman in her 40s was also taken to the same hospital, and a man in his 30s was taken to Tunbridge Wells Hospital.

None of their injuries are thought to have been life threatening.
