A horsebox has been fitted out and opened up as a Christmas bar.
The pop up by Kent Drinks Co. welcomed customers yesterday at Fremlin Walk, Maidstone, as part of the shopping centre's festive market.
It will be offering mulled wine, mulled Turner’s Apple Pie Cider from Marden, a hot non-alcoholic option, beer, wine, cider and soft drinks.
There will also be a selection of Christmas special spirits including Maidstone Distillery’s Sharps toffee liqueur, Ableforth’s Christmas Mulled Cup, Greensand Ridge plum and apple brandy’s and Anno’s cranberry and gin.
Director of the drinks company – which also has a venue at Lockmeadow Entertainment Centre – Karl Cowell said: "We are thrilled to be joining the festive market at Fremlin Walk this Christmas.
"During the current climate, it is more important than ever to support small and local businesses, so we are very excited to introduce customers to the amazing award-winning spirits, beers and wines our county has to offer.
"We opened our first bar just over six months ago, so to have been asked to provide another bar in our hometown is an achievement we are over the moon with."
Fremlin Walk centre manager Lloyd Wright added: "We are excited to welcome Kent Drinks Co. to our Christmas Market along with a host of other food and crafts stalls to provide a traditional festive atmosphere here at Fremlin Walk.
"It is great to be able to provide our shoppers with additional unique gifts at Christmas."
Kent Drinks Co. pop up can be found opposite Waterstones until January 2, 2023 and will be open throughout the festive period.
