A church community centre has been put on the market for three-quarters of a million pounds.
The two-storey building is directly next to a Grade II-listed Methodist Church in Maidstone town centre.
Now, the Brewer Street building, which had two large open-plan halls and rooms for accommodation, is available for £750,000.
It is being sold by lettings agents Sibley Pares.
The ground floor has 3,183 sq ft, including a large kitchen and toilets, while the first is slightly smaller with 920 sq ft and the second floor has just over 2,170 sq ft available.
There is also a garage for people to use and parking spaces for around 12 cars.
The letting agents said the property would be suitable to be converted into homes, subject to approval from Maidstone council, and is just a short walk to Week Street and Maidstone East.
