Cobtree Manor Golf Club staged their Silver Jubilee Anniversary Shield competitions on Saturday.

The men’s competition was won by Paul Harvey with 45 points. Runner-up was Perry Durrant with 44 and Tony Tortoroli was third with 42.

Denise Smith won the ladies’ event, again with 45 points. Dawn Bates was second with 44 and third place went to Keiron Cutler on 38.

The guests’ competition was won by Ron McClelland with 38 points. Runner-up was Ricky Daly with 36 on countback from Clive Dowell.
