Motorists are advised to expect delays on the A20 Ashford Road after a truck collided into the back of a car.

Police were called to the scene at 8.39am and a spokesman said: "Damage to the vehicles is quite bad but injuries suffered are not thought to be serious.

"One man has minor injuries but no people have been trapped."

A driver in the area called the Kent Messenger and said: "Somebody must have been seriously hurt, the car was completely crunched."
