There were delays on the A229 southbound at Blue Bell Hill following a crash this morning.

One lane was closed between J2 of the M2 and J6 on the M20 after a car, a motorcycle and a third vehicle collided just after 7.30am.

Emergency services, including an ambulance were called to the scene and all vehicles were moved to the hard shoulder.

A police spokesman said no serious injuries have been reported.

All lanes have now reopened and Kent County Council's Highways department said congestion has cleared.

A medical incident on nearby Bishop's Way, also the A229, just before 9am added to the queues but this has also cleared.
