Two lanes of the M20 have been blocked by a car involved in an earlier incident.

Lanes one and two between junction six for Aylesford and junction five for West Malling, were closed at 10.08am today (Monday).

The car, thought to be the only vehicle involved in the collision on the London-bound carriageway, was been moved onto the hard shoulder at 11.45am.

Both lanes remained closed at 12.10pm but lane two was expected to be reopened shortly.

A crew from South East Coast Ambulance Service were on scene and treated the motorist for minor injuries.
