Maidstone-bound A249 shut at Detling Hill after two-car crash

Police have shut the A249 between Sittingbourne and Maidstone at Detling Hill after a crash.

The accident happened at about 9.30pm near the top of the hill on the Maidstone-bound carriageway.

Two vehicles are understood to have been involved.
