Motorists faced delays this morning after a crash on a motorway slip road.

Emergency services were called to Junction 7, for the A249 Detling Hill, at about 7am.

The vehicles collided on the exit road, off the coast-bound carriageway.

One lane was closed while highway crews cleared the scene.

Queues quickly formed in the area, including Bearsted Road.

No injuries were reported.
