Crowds have descended on the Kent Showground this weekend for the ever popular county show, with queues building along Detling Hill.

While the show has changed a lot over the years and now features a range of products and vehicles for sale its agricultural roots are still clear to see as you navigate the site.

The impressive livestock which have become a staple of the three-day event are complimented by spectacular displays, both on four legs and two wheels, with scurry racing and the motorcycle display team proving particularly popular.

There are also a wide range of charity stalls, arts and crafts, fair ground rides and shooting stands meaning most tastes are catered for.

And if none of those whet your appetite the fantastic selection of Kentish food and drink surely will.

Elsewhere at the showground crowds ogled vintage vehicles and steam engines and trawled through hidden gems from yesteryear at the packed antiques fair.

The daily flypast of the Kent Spitfire also wowed visitors at 12.30pm daily.
