Drivers are being told to expect delays following an earlier crash involving a motorbike and a car.

One lane was blocked Chatham-bound on the A229 Blue Bell Hill, near Maidstone, as a result of the smash.

The accident reportedly happened at around 4.30pm, with motorists told to approach with caution and expect delays in the area.

A spokesman for Kent Highways said the road block has since been cleared but delays are still likely in the area.
