Motorists are facing rush hour delays on a major road following a multi-vehicle crash.

The incident took place just before 7.30am on the northbound A249 Detling Hill near the Jade’s Crossing footbridge.

Police attended and no injuries were reported. Three vehicles were involved in the collision.

Delays built up from the roundabout at junction 7 of the M20.

The A249 northbound carriageway was closed, but has now reopened.
