Drivers are facing delays on the London-bound carriageway of the M20 after a crash between a lorry and a car.

The two vehicles collided just after 1.30pm about a mile before junction 7 for the A249, Detling and Maidstone.

No one was injured but one lane of the road was closed while emergency services dealt with the aftermath.

All lanes have now reopened but traffic is still heavy in the area.

Kent Fire and Rescue Service said they were called to the crash but were not needed.
